At Moolicious, we take pride in everything we offer. However, we know that things don't always go as planned. Therefore: Our return policy is as follows.
Return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
In the case of damaged merchandise buyer must contact us immediately on receipt and provide digital photos of the damaged piece. Buyer must contact us immediately upon receipt to explain the issue.
Piece(s) must be returned clean, unused and in the same condition it was shipped by us.
Returns must be properly packaged and sent via the same method they were delivered (ie: UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).
Damage during return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. (Insurance is recommended.)
Refunds are promptly processed upon receipt of the undamaged, unused piece.
